Scotch bonnet, Is the staple chili pepper of the Caribbean and is also known as Caribbean red pepper or Bonney pepper, it’s a variety of chili pepper named for its resemblance to a tam o' shanter hat. The heat rating ranges from 100,000–350,000 Scoville units.
