Spicy, smooth, and rich without being heavy, this pineapple mango habanero avocado cream sauce is one of my new favorite things. There's no limit to the number of ways you can serve this—drizzled on top or used as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients
1 Ripe Avocado-peeled and seeded

1/3 cup Pineapple Coconut Habanero Sauce
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. red onions-chopped
1-2 spring onions-chopped
1 tsp. cilantro-chopped
1 Lime-juice
pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Cut avocado in half, remove the seed, scoop out the flesh and place in food processor.
Add remaining ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth
Check for seasoning and adjust if needed..
Serve with your favorite vegetables, tortilla chips or crackers
