Beach Shack Shrimp Taco
These shrimp tacos always remind me of being on
vacation in the islands. Quick and easy, these grilled shrimp
tacos with Beach Shack Pineapple Coconut Habanero Sauce are a
1 lbs. Fresh Shrimp-peeled and deveined
1 tsp. fresh garlic- peeled and finally chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup Pineapple Coconut Habanero hot sauce
6 Tortilla shells
Ripe avocado-peeled and sliced
Lettuce, tomatoes- optional
Peel and devein the shrimp, I take the tail off.
Place shrimp in a large bowl, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh chopped garlic, and finally pour the Pineapple hot sauce over the shrimp.
Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes.
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium high heat, spray with non stick cooking spray.
Place shrimp on grill, cook for no more than 2 minutes per side, remove from heat and keep warm in a dish or plate.
Warm tortilla shell on a skillet or wrapped up in clean towel in the microwave.
To assemble, take a tortilla shell, place some shrimp (2-3) on the tortilla, top with lettuce, tomato( if desired), avocado, and extra Pineapple Coconut Habanero Hot Sauce
