Seasame Seared Tuna

2-3oz Fresh Tuna steaks
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Sesame seeds…black or white
2 tbsp. Caribbean spice blend
Place tuna steaks on a plate, pat dry.
Drizzle olive oil over tuna and coat well.
in a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients,and mix to combine.
Take a tuna steak and coat with sesame spice mixture and coat evenly.
Heat a skillet to high temperature
Add olive oil to hot pan
Once the oil is hot enough, add tuna steaks to skillet
Cook tuna steaks for about 2-3 minutes on all sides, becareful to to burn sesame seeds
Remove tuna to a paper towel lined plate to drain any excess oil
Serve on a bed of mixed greens
