Take a tasty, tropical turn with this rich recipe that features Beach Shack’s Mango Coconut Scotch Bonnet Sauce, which adds a spicy tropical flair to this meal.

Ingredients
2 lbs. Country style ribs
1 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Mango Coconut Scotch Bonnet
Hot Sauce
Directions
Place ribs into a zip lock bag
Add dry all dry ingredients
Add the apple cider vinegar and Mango hot sauce
Seal the zip lock bag, mix content to coat evenly
Let ribs marinate for 2-4 hours in the refrigerator
Heat oven to 400degrees, line a sheet pan with foil, spray with non stick cooking spray.
Place ribs on pan and bake for 30 minutes
Remove from pan and place on serving plate
Garnish with spring onions and additional Mango Coconut Hot Sauce
Recipe Note
If you wish to use out door grill, cook for about 15 minutes per side.
