Carribean Mahi Tacos
Pat dry Mahi
Place Mahi in a bowl, add seasonings, salt. pepper, olive oil, and hot sauce,
Mix well and let mahi marinate for at least 10-15 minutes.
Prepare the toppings, , chop spring onions, cilantro for garnish.
Heat grill or grill pan- medium high temperature.
Place mahi on grill and cook for 5 min per side minutes until cooked through.
Warm tortillas in a skillet until soft, about 30seconds on each side.
Take tortilla shell and add mahi, and add garnish..with pickled oinons, spring onions, and cilantro and sour cream..optional
Finish with extra Pineapple Ginger Habanero Hot Sauce.
