Caribbean Spiced Scallop Sliders are a delicious and innovative twist on the classic seafood slider. These sliders are made with succulent scallops that have been infused Beach Shack Spices l Caribbean Seasoning, The result is a unique, aromatic flavor profile that is sure to delight any seafood lover.

Ingredients
-
1-2 tsp Caribbean spice blend
- lb Scallops
- 2tbsp Olive oil
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¼ black pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1tbsp fresh parsely
Directions
- Clean scallops and remove muscles attached, pat dry.
- Place scallops in a clean bowl.
- Add dry spices, salt,and pepper
- Heat skillet to medium high temperature
- Add olive oil
- When oil is hot enough add scallops and cook for about 4 minutes and is golden brown crust has developed, flip scallop over and continue to cook for another 2-4 minutes
- Remove scallops from pan to a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil
- Serve on a bed of mixed .greens as an appetizer
- Garnish with fresh lemon wedges and parsely

**Do not overcook the scallops or they will become rubbery
