Caribbean Spiced BBQ Chicken Flatbread
Beach Shack Sauces
1-2 Flatbread or Nann Bread…your choice
1-2 cups rotisserie chicken or leftover cooked chicken
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 small red onion- sliced thin strips
1-2 cups shredded cheese….Monterey jack, cheddar,,jalepeno jack..your choice
½ cup spring onions-chopped
½ cup cilantro leaves
1-2 tbs. Caribbean spice blend
1-2 tbs Caribbean Sriracha
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with non-stick cooking spray
Place flatbread on parchment lined cooking sheet
Spread desired amount of your favorite BBQ sauce over flat bread
In a another bowl, place chicken, sprinkle with desired amount of Caribbean spice blend, and add bbq sauce and a touch of Caribbean Sriracha-optional, mix well to combine all ingredients.
Place chicken mixture on top of flatbread, add desired amount of red onion, cheese and spring onions
Place cooking sheet in a pre-heated oven..375 degree… Bake the flatbread for about 10-14 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove from oven and place on serving tray,and garnish with cilantro and more spring onions
Add as much Caribbean Sriracha as you like and enjoy!
