Ingredients

2 tsp. Caribbean spice blend

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1tsp onion powder

1 tsp sea salt

½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup Mayonaise
- juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup spring onions
- Brioche Bun
- Lettuce-optional
Directions
- Rinse lobster tail
- 2. Cut open lobster tail and remove flesh
- 3.Cut lobster into bite size pieces
- 4.Heat a skillet to medium high temperature
- 5.Melt 2tbsp of butter and olive oil in skillet
- 6.Add lobster tails to skillet and cook till color changes to bright red
- 7.Remove from pan and keep warm in a small container
- In another bowl, mix mayonaise with dry ingredients,salt pepper spices,and lemon juice
- Add mayonaise mixture to the lobster tails, which have been cut into bite size pieces
- Brush brioche buns with butter and toast them until light brown
- Add lobster mixture to brioche bun and top with a squeeze of lemon and parsely if desired
