Ingredients

1 ripe Avocado-peeled and diced

1 13.5oz Black Beans-rinsed

1/4 cup red onions-small dice

1/3 cup spring onions-chopped
-
1/3 cup cilantro-chopped
-
3 cloves garlic-peeled and chopped
-
2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
-
1/4 tsp. salt
-
1/4 tsp. black pepper
-
1/3 cup Pineapple Mango Habanero Hot Sauce

1 lime-garnish
Directions
In a large bowl, place black beans, diced avocado, onions, chopped garlic, and cilantro.
In another bowl add apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, Pineapple Mango hot sauce, whisk to combine.
Add vinegar and hot sauce mixture over the black beans and avocado, with a spoon, mix gently to combine.
Place the salad into a resealable container and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to an hour,
When ready to serve, place into a serving bowl, garnish with additional cilantro, green onions, and fresh lime juice if desired.
